Default '93 Integra shimmy repair

I have some wheel wobble showing up at 50mph. I swapped tires and checked for slop at the tie rod ends (113,000 miles on her), no change. I had someone turn the steering wheel while I wheel had my head in the wheel well and heard a clunking noise from the rack. I'm thinking bad bushings, especially since the boots are torn through. I need to I have info about how difficult it is to swap bushes since it's my only car and I don't want to get hung up on it if there might be difficult complications. I guess it might be simple enough to take apart and put together in afew hours but the diagrams I have aren't totally clear.

How does one release the bushings? I expect I need to clean dirt out, is there a simple way? Or perhaps I'll clean/flush out as much as possible and trust that it will take long enough to go bad again for me to have worked out another solution. Speaking of which, how hard is it to replace the rack as a unit, there seem to be some very cheap used and rebuilts out there.

Thanks in advance...David
