The new timing belt didn't fix it. I've exhausted my knowledge, and came to the fact that it's the 02 sensor. It's fine in closed loop operation, but sputters in openloop.

I was able to get the ignition timing correct, and I had a friend's dizzy, and it still sputtered. I'm 98% positive it's the 02 sensor now.

I would check the wires too. My GSR would run great at low rpms, but once i got over like 4k it would miss really bad.
