How hard would it be to put in an S2K Dash in a GSR?

I want to. The electronic spedometer and rpm meter are awesome.

I don't think the primary issue is fitment; do you already have a s2k dash lying around? I would think it would be ridiculously expensive...considering the fact that the s2000 factory seats cost $8,000 to replace...h:
