Will 15x6.5 or 15x7 with 35mm osset rub on my 98 integra? I'm lowered 1.3 inches.

 

Doubt it.

The larger the +number (+45mm) the farther in the wheel is. Like, the closer to the center of the car.

I have 17x7.5's with 205's on it, down 2 inches and I have +45's...

If you were down 2 inches with 17s you defiantly rub
but naw, you're safe i bet.
