...local police department had a lead on the crew that pulled this... currently being investigated, could be a part of a large auto theft ring going on in Dallas. :chuckles:

Ouch, that sucks man. Any kind of anti-theft devices?

Yeah a basic keyless entry alarm system with dual stage shock sensor (Prestige). Guess I'll need a better one next time and stop being so cheap.. lol. Anyone have any suggestions on those 2-way paging alarms?

I would get a club as well. They are cheep and if nothing else it will take them longer to steel the car. Some might see it and decide not to brake in at all, not wanting to deal with it. Just a thought. The insurance agents around here say its one of the best things you can do to prevent your car from getting stolen. Did you have full coverage?

I would choose the Autoloc clutch lock over the Club any day of the week.
30 seconds with a hacksaw and the Club is off.
With a hardened drill bit and a Dremel, it takes four times as long to defeat an Autoloc.

Add a hidden fuel pump kill switch and a starter kill solenoid and you can stretch the time and expense out to the point where the amateurs will either move on to an easier target or be defeated on site.

It's all about layered security and forcing the thief to spend more time out in the open trying to boost the car.

Thanks.
Do they still sell those electic-shocking steering wheel rods? haha!

.....only thing about kill switches is that sometimes car theives use a flat bed truck... no starting even needed :(

The autolock kicks ass, but on the integra, well at least my 99 you have to remove the foot pad on the left to get it to fit right. That or stick it on the brake.

Sorry for the loss man.
