Is your 91 mechanically sound with respect to being able to receive a turbo? What is the status of the motor? Personally, IMO, no offense, I would not put a turbo that costs $2900 on a car that is probably worth about the same. Just not a good investment. If you can afford a new car, you may want to to take the $2900, sell the 91 and it put towards a factory turbo charged car if turbo is what your aiming for. Quite possibly your 91 has a motor swap and all of this is moot. For that matter Turbo may not be a bad idea...however if not, maybe an engine swap would suit you better than a turbo on an old motor.

How many miles are on the motor?

Have you done any work recently, as far as maintnence?

First, do a compression check on the engine to help determine if its healthy enough to turbocharge, and post the results.

Establish a budget for this project, and give us more info on the car so we can help you get the most for your money. 99% of the time, its cheaper to source everything seperately, some parts can be had used, in good condition at a fraction of the cost.

Also, what are your plans with the car? Street, autocross, drag, etc?

i'd highly advise against going turbo if this is your only car.

your integra can have 10 miles on it and make 150whp out of your stock LS, and you'll still run into ticky tack problems going turbo.

yeah its awesome and possible to make it reliable but the stupid problems associated with the extra heat and stress are just unavoidable.

vacuum lines, tee's, oil fittings/lines, and other various rubber/sealing materials just cant hang over time.
