Car Specs: Acura Integra 2000 (20,053 miles...I never drive it)

Yesterday, I inflated my driver's side tire because it was low on air. Everything was fine.

Today I drove to school....fine.

When I was driving home, I noticed some bumpyness. I thought it was the road but I soon realized it was my ride.

I jacked it up and checked the tires but I don's seen anything wrong.

What the heck could be causing the bumpyness?

Alright, here's the problem

My driver's side rear tire is almost dead. I have to get a new one.

So, I'm going to get 4 new tires since they are about 7 years old already and I want to avoid any issue from dry rot etc.

I use to sell wheel & tires back in the 90's. But I don't know if my tire size will rub:

Right now the tire size is 195/55/15

I want to go up to 205/55/15. (does anyone know if this will rub)?

No, my car is not dropped.

a compatible tire size to the original would be 205 50 15. as far as the bumpyness it could be a tire out of round, broken belt in the tire, etc. but since you are replacing them i guess that part is void lol.

The 205 50 15 are on order. But I don't want my car to be lower to the ground.

Will going from 195/50/15 to 205/50/15 make my car lower?

Sounds like a separated tire.

 

Nice way to read other posts. He already figured that out.

 

theoretically that should raise you 10mm. A 205/45 would drop you 5mm.
Wall height is the first number (tire width) x the second number(as a percentage)
