Valve Question?
The ITR valves will not seat properly on a stock B18B1 head.
If you are having the head ported and new valve seats installed, then yes, ITR valves are a good option.
What cams are you running (or plan to)?

so i apreciate your help man.The Crower #62404-2 cam is a good place to start if this car is going be on the street at any point. (12.7:1 CR leads me to believe this is a strip & track car we're talking about.)

You will need their spring and retainer set as well.

Just a hobby/summer fun car. Couple things, will i throw a cel with the higher lift, and will stock gears work fine? and will the machine shop have a problem timing it? because i know it is an interference engine.
Unless you've got the budget to run a couple gallons of C16 along with 93 octane unleaded in every tank, you'd be better served by reducing compression to about 11:1.
But if you're committed to making 12.7:1 run on the street, I would begin by consulting with your engine builder. Find out which ECU tuning program he prefers and get a sense of his (or her) experience in tuning hi-comp N/A motors.
You're not going to have much breathing room when it comes to detonation. And even though you're running forged pistons and con-rods, severe detonation will fracture piston rings and write off a block in moments.

The Skunk2 IM port is only 64mm. There is no point in getting anything bigger than opening of your IM plenum port, think about it. Get a throttle body that matches the IM port size, or bore it out to match a throttle body, if possible.
