Injen cold air intake

Is is safe to use a blow dryer to help speed up the drying process on my filter and also whats the best way to get the tiny little rocks out that get stuck in the filter? Suggestions are much apperciated

I wouldn't use compressed air to clean your filter you may damage it. Use a screw driver to pick the rocks out. Thy wont really harm any thing if you only have a few.
