Default b18c1 rebuilding questions.

within this month or midway thru the next , ill be purchasing a b18c1 + engine stand.reason for the stand is , i plan to rebuild it to withstand boost.

the time of purchase is slowly arriving and i dont really have a clue about this , soo im asking for tips on honda engine rebuilding along with a list of brands / parts i shuld obtain .(list the best parts available , btw $ is no worry at this time)

i really hope i get some feedback as the b18 will be here soon & not bribing any of u , but itll motivate me more to supply u with a complete journal on my integra ls rebuild.

starting with a b18c1 , and a fresh white paintjob , 16" wheels (style undecided) + falken ziex 912 tires , tein lowering springs and a mugen carbon lip

i aready have these parts waiting on the transformation of the car / engine:
-prolumen 6000k HID lights w/ super thin ballasts
-honda integra emblems
-Jspec carbon fibre hood
-oem style black housed headlights
-Option JDM : strut tower bar
-greddy 4-2-1 headers
-aem v1 cold air intake with a knn air filter
-magnaflow big bore catback system / track only straight pipe ( no cat.)

why does it take so long 4 a answer on these boards........

Reason is that 95% of the questions asked have already been covered or someone doesn't know the answer lol. There are a few regualrs and MOD's that frequent the tech forums though.

Most of what you need to know is located right here:
http://www.evans-tuning.com/techarticle_gsrbuild.html

Jeff Evans is a tuner in PA, i've heard NOTHING but great things about him. I was going to him last yr for my supercharged gsr but unfortunately had to sell it before I could make the appointment. He tunes ALOT of cars but primarily deals with hondas/acuras. If you want to know how to PROPERLY build your b18c1, do exactly what he says.

Sorry this isn't honda-tech.

Not sure what you are looking for an answer to since you have no questions posed in your original post. You want it to withstand boost? Any motor can do that. How about being a little more specific?

why did you buy all of that other stuff and not buy the gsr motor first? and if you plan on a turbo then those greddy headers were a waste!

How about you ask an intelligible question instead of getting butthurt because no one understands you? How about using the search function since traffic through here has been slow lately?

My patience is wearing thin with this thread and with your attitude. Narrow down your power goals a little more than a 150 hp range and give us a budget to work instead of patronizing us for not being able to mind read or I will lock this garbage.
