Default Speed sensitive steering problem?

For the past month when i drive my 91 Integra LS on the interstate (any speed over 60mph) my steering is REALLY sensitive. Is there a speed sensitive valve on the PS pump that can be adjusted or a valve in the VSS?

If your tires are overfilled by a substantial amount you can have similar issues, just fyi.

I think there's a gearbox on the ps (could be wrong, esp. on that year) that varies depending on the speed... can't really help on that though.

I checked my tires this morning & they were right around 34 in the front and 32 in the rear. I think those pressures are ok. I have 15" rims
