you have to measure the clearances. since the crank is not stock, dont count on stock bearings to fit. the only right way to do it is to measure.

Don't even go there unless you are ready to face the consequences of what could go wrong. Honda motors have very strict tolerances when it comes to bearings. If it's too much or not enough it will be catastrophic. Have it done by an engine building company that knows. I tried to do it and had a rough time. I took it to a import performance shop and they measured the bearings for me. Bad idea!!! They were the wrong bearings when I put my motor together. I did the clearance test on them with the eagle rods torqued down. They were all wrong. The company told me it wasn't there fault but they were a bunch of idiots that outsourced their work and just assembled parts after the main engine assembly was done. I should have known all they were gonna do is see what the stock bearings were and order those for me. They just wanted the money. Afterwards I took it to a race engine place and they did it for me and installed the crank, bearings, rods, pistons, decked the block, bored it over and hot tanked it for a little under a grand. I rev it to 9000 all the time with no problems. My motor would have spun a bearing if I would'nt have caught it.
