Default GSR Transmission

Does anyone know if other Honda/Acura vehicles transmission will fit on a GSR motor beside the GSR itself?

The GSR Y80 transmission is the most appropriate transmission for the powerband of the Integra GSR's B18C1 motor.

The gear ratios are specific to that model to take advantage of the motor's higher redline. While an S80 transmission from an LS or GS will fit, it's not something I'd recommend.

You could bolt up any B-series trans that you want, just the different gear ratios will affect your performance depending on what you would like to accomplish using shorter or longer gears

The ITR transmission, which comes with an LSD, will also fit but is quite pricey. The B16 transmission has the same shorter gear ratios, but no LSD.
