So I finally started fixing my car.. haha

So far replaced the Distributor cap &roder
Spark plugs, valve cover gasket &grommets
Got a k&n air filter on the way
And put a new (well new enough) front bumper on.

Still need new pipes, oil pan, spark wires. That's the most important stuff I know of right now.

I thought the dist. cap and roder would fix my babies shaking problem at idle, but it didn't.

Any suggestions?

shaking?? does it idle too low?

mr22na 05-09-2007 07:05 AM

i have had 2 1991 integra's get used to the idle shake its normal...i dont think anything is going to fix it.

if by idle shake you mean-
sitting at a red light and the steering wheel is shaking uncontrollably - NORMAL

That is not normal.

Sounds like the engine mounts are shot.

have you checked your timing? also you could need a valve adjustment...
