Default b20 problems

in jan. i bought a 94 integra from a guy who blew his block...so i decide to go with more torque and went with jdm b20...shortly after the swap was done...other problems occured as result we replaced the spark plugs, ingintion wires and battery...we that it would my fix the horse power problem but didnt...and now my car is buring rich to start with and not quite sure how to fix it, also im gettin pop sound from my muffler like im hitting the ground but not i think it my be the vaccuum, but the worst thing is my car still acts like its in limp mode so im not getting my all hp...im totally cluless on wat the expletive to do any ideas? :

Which ECU are you running? I assume the motor is stock?
