Suspension ?? 98 Gsr

I wanted to lower my ride but have some ?? I'm going w/ Kyb Agx shocks.Sould I go w/ Skunk2 springs or Eibach pro kit & as for camber kit what kind do you recommend & where sould I order from. My shocks etc I'm going through Tire Rack.
Now before I do this this place called Mr Tire said my steeringwheel doesn't lock when I turn off car that could be why my car pulls to left. The rest of suspension seems ok to them. Could this be true. If so I'll wait to order my parts . I was just guessing that lowering it might solve my problem. Car was never wrecked if anyone was to ask.
Thanks For Any Imput, Fellas

As long as you get an alignment done immediately after the lowering, you shouldn't have any problems. An alignment may or may not help the pull to the left but it will prevent rapid tire wear due to out-of-spec toe.
