For the 3rd Gen Integra, you can simply take the blue rubber "bulb condom" off of the OEM bulbs and get the job done in seconds.

I got mine at auto zone, you could also get them at checkers... They come in two and are 3 bucks for the pack... I had to get get the 194NA and 24NA. But I still need one more. Just went out and look at the lit cluster and it looks dope. A whole new look. But my arm still hurts. It looks like a cat attacked it... But it was worth it...
