question about my 2000 Integra
I have a 2000 integra gs silver with gray leather,sunroof,5-speed,90,000 miles with new clutch, new brakes-drilled/slotted rotors, new greddy catback exhaust, new shocks and springs-1.3" eibach drop, strut tower bars, twm short shifter, new 17" bsa rims and falken tires, excellent condition inside and out, until I rear ended someone ,I bought all new parts-hood,headlights,and bodykit. New parts cost $1400. Should I get it fixed and then sell it or try to sell it as-is with new parts. How much could i get for it either way?? Just want to get a couple opinions about it .Thanks Matt
You're always going to get more for a fixed car than a broken car, with or without parts. People don't want to buy a car that could have more problems than what the owner says, and when they clearly have to fix something off the bat, they're not going to give you anywhere near the same amount as if it were fine.
I would have it fixed unless you can find a buyer ok with the fact that it will require several thousand in repairs. Not many people want to buy a car that they immediately have to get repaired...I certainly wouldn't.
the radiator support has to be pulled out like 2" ,I dont have tools for that, and i would still need to get everything painted
I wouldnt either but maybe if someone wanted to do a conversion ,they would have a good reason! Ill probably just save up to fix it.
