Weird problem... need advice

Ok, so I'm still having problems with the ect sensor. I got a multimeter and started doing some testing. Turns out that the ect sensor is good, has approximately the resistance specified by the book. Also I tested the pins on the ecu (d13+, and d22-) for voltage, and I got 5.1, again what the book says. So the ecu is putting out the required voltage, but when I test the sensor plug I'm getting all sorts of weird things. So why don't the 5.1 volts make it to the ect sensor plug?? I also ran the wires directly to the ecu, bypassing the harness. Please help, this problem is driving me crazy!

Well I fixed it. I wired a gsr A and D ecu harness connector instead of my civic ones and that fixed it, the CEL is off. If anyone else will have similar problems, pm me, I can help ... :)
