i know this is going to sound random, but does anyone know about how fast is a USDM Integra Type R going in 3rd gear at 6500rpms?

it's kind of a long story of why i ask. i've got a 93 LS, and I'm going to rebuild the transmission with some shorter gears, except the 5th gear i was going get as tall as possible. This way it's fast when I need to be, and it's got better highway mpg. However, I wasn't sure if I should make my 4th gear tall or short, and that depends on how fast i'd be going if I was full throttle 3rd gear to 4th. 6500rpms is when i'd shift, and 71mph is too slow for my tall 4th gear, so I'm going to get a shorter 4th gear. ...i told you it was long, haha
