When I pull up close to a wall or a car the lights center onto two spots and not the spread out. Are the to close to the projector?

exactly how close are you?, since these are halogen projectors the light isnt nearly as nicely laid out as HID's. you should see a defined line that jags upward as it goes from the drivers to passenger side, but note that there will be some areas that have more light put on them (esspcially where the step looking jags are) and areas where there is less light too

and exadar, the 94-01 integras feature halogen projectors, there should be a cutoff line just like a HID projector, just not as pronouced or have as bright of an output.

originally yes and they looked wicked and had amazing cutoff, but since the headlights were pretty much yellow i had to go out and get new ones.
