Do any of you know what this is and what it does. Could I buy one or would i have to replace the whole fuel rail? Does anyone know how to releive pressure to change fuel pump or is that neccesary

It is a pulsation damper. It also is the bolt that keeps the banjo fitting on. The part number is 16680-PE7-661. I have an entire fuel rail with that attached (no FPR) for sale if you are interested.

To relieve pressure, just loosen the gas cap.
