Default Suspension ?

I am looking for opinions and/or reviews of either:

Tein H Tech springs and Comptech Sport springs.

I currently have both, and don't know which one to put on. Either one would be paired with Neuspeed/Koni Yellows (SP3's).

Anyone have any suggestions?

Car is G3 Integra sedan........

what are your driving priorities? either way, the h-techs and comp. sports are mild drops with mild increases in spring rate. your choice of shock is #1 so basically anything you pair up with those koni's will be a good choice. i would lean toward's the comptech's though, because of their spring rates, which i cant remember right now. i just know that they arent as f/r biased as the teins.

Thanks for the quicky reply. I should have put a little more info. in my description, sorry. Anyways, this is just a daily driver.........I am just looking for a little better handling (to make driving a bit more fun) and a better overall look for the car.

Here is a bit of info. on both so no one has to look it up.

Stock spring rates on the G3 teg are 212/117.

Tein High Tech spring:
Rate: Front- 296 Rear- 257
Drop: Front- 1.7" Rear- .9"
Progressive

Comptech Sport Springs
Rate: F-335 R-135-210
Drop: F-1.25 R-1.25
F-linear R- progressive (of course)

Sorry.......the reason I put it in OT is because there isn't a suspension forum.....and the reason that I didn't put it in the Teg forum is because I figured that there may be people with Civics, TL's, Accords, etc. who may have used these springs and could offer some opinions/suggestions.

If you want/need to move it, feel free. Sorry.

if thats the rates, i'd definitely go with the teins...

The ones that I am talking about (SP3's) are the Neuspeed edition Koni Yellow's, which are valved exactlly like regular Yellows. The only difference is that they have a shorter drop and 5 step levels of height adjustment instead of the 3 on regular yellows.

Someone once described them to me as "The neuspeed/koni yellows are designed for lowered vehicles. the shaft is about an inch and half shorter then a normal koni. so you will not have to worry about blowing out a shock using more aggressive springs."

I believe the SPSS3's are the race ones.
