Hey i need to replace my cv joints, can somebody tell me how to do it? or if i need a special tool.

You will need a boot band tool to get the new boot band on tightly. Besides that, you just cut the old bands off, remove the boot, clean out the gobs of grease, replace the CV joint, regrease, and reboot it.

IMO, it is more cost and time effective to just replace the whole axle.
