emissions failure question

Just brought the integra to get a sticker and it failed for rust and emissions.
On the emission the numbers that failed are the

CO grams per mile Reading 70.59 Limit 30.00
Could this be wires, cap and rotor, I already did the plugs, mpg has been crappy since it doesnt really warm up while driving(thermostat?) or an 02 sensor

ANy advice on how to bondo a hole under the rear taillight?

Thanks

Hey man, I just had my car fail for that same round about number, i changed out my O2 sensor and the cat, and it was good to go!

how much did the cat and o2 run you?

O2 was like 60 shipped if i can remember right from an online store, and the Cat, i borrowed from a friend just for the test ;)

depending on what year integra you have, you can order a cat straight through carsound or magnaflow for relatively cheap. My stock replacement high-flow carsound was $88 shipped with flanges already welded on. This is for an OBDI LS.
