1998 Intergra GSR Driver's side window...
 

Stopped working! Took off the interior door panel but can't figure out if it is the switch or the motor! Has anyone else had their window stop working? Is it usually the motor? If it is, any recommendations as far as dealer versus aftermarket motor? And how do you get it out exactly?

heh, mine is slow on driver side, sometimes it's weak and sometimes it's not, but havent took it apart yet, ill wait till it stops lol

the window on my dads bmw stoped going up cuz the actuator or something went out

Mine did that. I got some white lightning (Better than WD-40) and sprayed it like no other and worked it slowly up and down, greasing it as it went.

mine makes it half way down, then I have to bring it up like half an inch, then down again while pressing down with my other hand....
waiting for when I have the time to take the door apart to grease her up.

my friend had his window stop working on his accord, he just got the motor replaced after a month or two. while it was stuck he just duct taped it so the rain wouldnt get in. #1 high school running back in the country with afro engineering to fix his window while he saved up to get it fixed ha
