Is it that it will not clear rad or is it the fans? It seems to me, that if you are putting on a turbo, you need more cooling, not less. If it would clear the radiator, but not the fans, you could try putting them in front, rather than behind the radiator

Not necessarily. Surface area is more important than thickness when it comes to radiators of this type (intercooler, condensor).....basically any heat exchanger that is placed fore of the car.

it clears my stock but only by a inch or so, i was worried about something that hot being that closer to my radiator. i'm going to try and relocate to fans and move the radiator. If that doesn;t work i'm getting a del sol rad. with a fan on front and back if i can make them both fit. i was thinking of reversing the wiring on one so that one will pull air with the other pushes

Keep in mind the stock fans pull air through the core, if you put those fans on the front, they will be spinning the wrong way, unless you can take the fan off the motor and flip it around somehow, or maybe reverse the polarity and make the motor run backwards(though tha might not work so hot, it has been a long time since I took physics)
