Default 92 Teg wont start, no spark

Last week I got in my car to go home from work, My car wouldn't start. I got it towed home. My engine has no spark whatsoever. I have tried brand new ignition modules, and ignition coils and there is still no spark. All of my fuses check out fine. Only thing i know to do know is to buy a new dizzy, but the ignition coil and modules are fine....I am puzzled any help would be appreciated.

yeah a new distibutor sounds like the next thing if you've done the spark plugs, wires, and cap already

Does the distributor get power? Replacing it won't do much if you've already replaced the coil and ICM. If you haven't done so, try cap/rotor/plugs/wires. Is your CEL on? Try cranking the car for 20-30 seconds. If the car won't start, you have to crank it for a while in order for the CEL to come on.

The distributor is putting out no spark at all. I stuck a screwdriver in one of the spark plug wires and there was nothing. So i know it's not the plugs or wires and the rotory button is fine. I guess i'll try a new cap. yeah the cel is on but doesn't it stay on until the car is started.

Check the CEL code. If you dont know how to check the code, here's some info:

How to check: http://www.c-speedracing.com/faq/06.php
Code listing: http://www.c-speedracing.com/faq/05.php

When I asked if the distributor gets power, I didn't mean if it was producing spark. I was wondering if you are getting battery voltage to the distributor.

Be sure to check your fuses there should be a fuse to the igniton coil, if thats good, check and be sure that the intake cam is moving.

edit: check to be sure that your intake cam is moving.

Yeah, definitely check and make sure the cams spin when you try and crank it. No spark could be the cause of a broken timing belt.

The cams turn because to remove the rotory button I had to bump the ignition over so I could could get to the rotor screw. Where is the coil fuse located?

I would check the power source to the coil/ignitor. If there is power to the ignitor but it isnt switching and the ignitor/coil is good you may need a new pcm. hard to diagnose over the internet.
