Easily a 92-93 Gsr, You have 160 hp and 117 torque. Body is lighter making it quicker off the line. Plus they are fairly cheap so you would have more money to spend on parts.
If you have the cash go with a 2000+ Type R w/ 195 hp

I'd take a '90 RS. The lightest of the G2's, but still has the independant rear suspension and bolt-in B-series ability. Dump in a fully built, sleeved, bored and stroked B18C with a decent turbo/intercooler pair tuned with some type of standalone and you'll haul ass to no end (along with about a thousand supporting modifications I'm not even going to bother listing.)

i got a 95 RS coupe. I got AC, power windows, power mirrors, steering, brakes, Dual Airbags, NO ABS, no Sunroof, no power locks, no Cruise, and no leather seats. i did get factory leather wrapped steering wheel, and shifter. mechanically its no frills, with all nessasary options.
best of all its light, means power to weight ratio stays up

im gonna stick with 1995 because last year of obd1 and i've had two integras (a LS and a Gs-R) and they both didn't have any problems at all.
i don't know about that...and they didn't go from obd1 to obd2 in 93....it was in 96 they did that. and i don't know where your from but its a lot harder to find a 93 gsr than a 94-01 gsr where i'm from
