Exhaust piping.....
What size is the OEM exhaust on a 95 GSR. Also, I'm have an exhaust made on Thursday, what size pipe should I go with?? Please help!?!

I would say an OEM GSR exhaust system is around "1.91 - 2.0". If you're getting an exhaust made you might as well bump it up to 2.25', IMO. Are you staying NA?

Yes, I'm planning on staying NA. Damn badger got the best of my exhaust.

I've "heard" that on my 99 GSR it is 2 1/4 but not mandrel bent so it looks smaller. Never measured so I don't know for sure. As far as your custom exhaust goes, 2.25 - 2.50 should be good.

i say dont go any bigger than 2.5.. bigger piping = less back pressure = less horsepower. if you were turboing thats a different story.. other than that stick with less than 2.5

Yeah. There is an INCREDIBLE team-integra.net article on this. Its all related to pressure waves and keeping them in order and in a straight line to maximize flow. Got to team-integra.net and click the articles link at the top then check the exhaust section. It's well worth your time. I promise.
