side markers

side markers

are the side markers suppose to stay on when you putt your lights on, or just when you signal. and what way would i hook it up for siganls.

Mine are hooked up to the blinkers only, I think that's the JDM way, and the dealership tapped into the blinker wires in the steering column.

Mine are also hooked up to the blinkers only. But I think my old GSR w/ JDM front and sidemarkers stayed on. The wiring on those 2 cars were done by different people.

In Japan, the light only comes on with the turn signal. However, many people stateside, and in Japan, change it so it's on all the time. IMO, it looks better on all the time.

yesterday i re wired the headlight and the sidemarkers so that it would only go on when turn siganl is on. now the city lights when should that be on? mine is on when parking light are turned on
