Default Vtec system

Ok, I know that the rsx-s has vtec on both the intake and exhaust cam. and the base rsx only has it on the intake cam. SO.. does a 2001 gsr have vtec on both cams or only on one? thanks.

The VTEC systems between the K-series and B-series engines are very different. The B-Series VTEC system like on the GSR switches both the intake and exhaust cams to a larger cam profile, making more power. The K-series that comes in the RSX has iVTEC which allows switching to a larger cam profile, as well as changing timing of the cam via the cam gear.
