I have a 90 LS with an automatic transmission. The trans. is slipping. If I replace it with a used one, what is the best year/model to get one from? I'm looking for a straight swap that requires no modifications, just bolts right into place. Thank you for your advice..

 

Well since the gear ratios don't change, I'd say get a 93' model if you can find one merely because it's newer. Gen3 models have taller gears.

 

I have a auto tranny out of my old 91 integra if your interested. There is no problem with the tranny. The only thing is that it's dirty, but in great working condition. Let me know.
