Primary Oxygen Sensor – Heater Circuit Malfunction
 

I am getting a code 41 in the ODB for my 94 GS-R. I tried changing the O2 sensor but the code does not go away. I removed the battery trying to reset the ECU but nada. Months later, I still having the engine light on. What could be causing this? Is it the O2 sensor or something else?

Any help will be appreciated.
