Default 98 gsr factory alarm/keyless entry

i recently installed an alarm in my car and today i went to open my car, so i disarm the aftermarket alarm and once i open the door the factory alarm went off which caused the horn to honk. so i had to get the old factory remote and disable it. how do i disable the factory alarm? i know if i can find the brain for the factory unit i can put it on manual instead of auto so it wont automatically arm when i lock the car. i tried looking for the brain but i cant find it anywhere. anyone know where the brain might be for the stock alarms?

sorry for the long entry.

cliff notes: where the heck is the brain for the factory alarm????!?

if you want to know how to remove it completely, let me know. i don't want to post this information due to the fact that our cars high theft, and some ppl still run factory alarms.

the factory alarm is located on the right side of the stearing column with a green plug.. unplug it an ur all the way nice, id suggest a starter disable relay installed with your aftermarket one... but factory security = worthless, so dont worry bout disableing it. I do this on all honda / acura (not 2002 and newer) cause the factory disarm from alarms dont usually work. 2002 hondas have factory arm and disarm wires... but thats usless info for ya so just give it a whurl...
