Default Porting a B18A head

I wanted to know if there is anyone out there that has done any porting on this type head and if so what did you do to make the thing breath better. I have talked to several people and they have said that the original design is quite well yet it does need some cleaning up on the combustion chamber around the valve seats. I have done this as well as cleaning up some rough edges that seem to be left inside both the exhaust and instake from factory. Any other things that can be done to improve perfromance??

I'm going to teach myself to do it...I have a few spare LS heads in my garage. However, if you have no knowledge of fluid mechanics, honda heads, and no experience with a grinder...leave it to the pros. They do wonders...a mild porting of the intake and exhaust ports, bowl areas, valve job, etc...and a little polish.
