Default driver side mirror damaged by deer

Greetings all, a deer managed to run into ME on the way to work tonight. I was not going fast, and she did a header off my driver side mirror. The housing folded towards the body like it was supposed to, but the mirror is now sitting loose in the housing, and can easily be moved around. The electronic controls for it do not adjust the mirror at all. It looks like the "post" that goes into the back of the mirror is snapped. Will someone advise me of my options? Thank you kindly...
