Default integra shaking

I lowered my integra about 1 month ago. I have already posted a question about this. But its changed so Im going to ask a similar question. Its lowered about 3 inches. In 2nd gear when im driving from about 2500-3500 the car shakes BAD. In any other gear than 2nd its not very bad at all(still shouldnt do it) But in 2nd its horrible. Also I think it cant be the camber or wheel weights or motor mounts. It only does it when your giving it throttle. The more throttle the worse it shakes in 2nd. In any gear though if you let off it stops shaking. I had my wheels balanced and new tires. I ordered a camber kit and i replaced my motor mounts(energy suspension mount kit).
I dont think it could of been the mounts anyway becuase it happened as soon as i lowered it. Please help me its driving my crazy.
thanks for your help in advance

I replaced the left one when I put the coilovers on. The right one has a torn boot though. Why would it just do it after that though?
THanks

Tonight when I was driving i was paying alot of attention to the shaking. It dosent shake at high rpms. Its just more at low rpms and the more gas you give it the more it shakes then it just kind of stops. Any other ideas. My cv shafts dont click or anything my car has around 79k miles on it.
Any other opinions would be great.
Thanks

Im going to bump this thread instead of starting a new one. I have the exact same symtoms in my 92' LS 90k miles bone stock. Ignition system is all new (literally) and the mounts are good and the car runs exceptional aside from this shaking.
