Default shop manual and camber

Is the Helms manual really the same as the Acura/Honda shop manual or just similar? There is no way the Haynes manual can be the same (it seems pretty lame).

Also, can anyone post or send me the section on camber? I realize it is basically not adjustable without camber kits, but if someone smacks a curb and bends stuff up a bit (and NO, I didn't) what does the shop manual say to do?

Thanks

the Helm manual is way better than the Haynes.

since it isn't adjustable they don't cover it in too much detail.
here is what it states...

Camber
Inspection
NOTE: Use commercially available conputerized four wheel alignment equipment to measure wheel alignment (caster, camber, toe, and turning angle). Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
1. Check the camber angle.
Camber angle:
Front:
Type R Model: -0deg30' +/-1deg
All except Type R Model -0deg10' +/-1deg
Rear: -0deg45' +0deg45' -1deg15'

2. If out of specification, check for bent or damaged suspension components.

that's it.

Maybe they don't cover it much since they recommend using equipment that nobody has??

Also, your spec's are slightly different than the ones in the 2001 Acura Integra owner's manual for non-type R.
It says front camber -0deg05' instead of -0deg10'. I know, small (negligible) difference. It just seemed weird to be different.

Thanks for the reference info :-)
