Sorry I'm new to this forum and to owning an Integra, but I'll try and help!
You can replace LED's in the light, however you'll have to be handy with a soldering iron, I presume you already have one?
Remember that LED's only work in one direction, so you have to install them the right way around, look online for a store that sells them cheap, no doubt you'll need a bunch of them and Radio Shack can be expensive.
