Default My car is smoking but in front

Hi,
I am glad to see that a forum existe for this type of car. I actually just bought my car today it is a 1995 acura lsse and it seams that i didnt check it all that well. I did test drive it for a few minutes but then when i bought it and went back home (arround 30km) i noticed the engine was smoking. It wasnt smoking in the back but rather in the front, smoke would come out from the lights. I was wondering if these cars are known to have this kind of prob, or is it only a coolant pipe that is leaking. It does smell like coolant(that sweet smell) but befor i do anything I need to know if they are know for a some kind of major problem that would be causing that.

how many miles? more than likely it has the stock radiator that is prone to cracking along the top end tanks caps.

I'd check your radiator fluid level very closely, especially if the "smoke" is very white. Honda radiators tend to bust between 100-150K miles, and they have symptoms much like yours...

And the radiator can crack and burst along the bottom as well as the top, so after you're done driving, try taping some white paper on the ground under your radiator and see if you spot any fluid.
