If i decide to do this swap, I know i'll be getting an Orthio Spec B20 from Japan. I'm just wondering if my OBDII equipped LS engine's sensors be compatible on the B20. I dont feel like converting to OBDI as of yet. Also, instead of using the LS intake manifold, i was going to pick one up from Skunk, but i dont know if they made provisions for the smog EVAP sensors for the newer (particularly my year 2000) B18B's. Does anyone know, or have first-hand experience? Thanks in advance.

 

whats an Orthio spec?

 

b20's from japan came from vehicles called "Orthio" or "SM-X". I'm scetchy on the details, but there might be other names out there.
