everything's rusted...

Cant replace some parts because all f-ing screws are rusted... to the point that the head "melts" away when i try to turn it. Not because I'm stripping it but because its all squishy and stuff... damn i'm pissed i soaked them in WD-40 and no help. WTH! some of the screws that are f-ed are the one holding the ign. rotor and coil...

take a blow torch to them to heat up the rust and loosen it then they'll come right out

erm, I might damage a lotta things if I did that... but I bought a pair of ROBOT GRIP pliers by Husky and they worked wonders... things are amazing! They like adjust automatically to maximize leverage. twisted the screws off w/o a problem... Now I'm stuck with the actual metal part of the rotor thats like WELDED to the shaft... cant pull it out for sh!t...

Might want to try and get em with PB blaster instead of WD-40. It's kind of like "super WD-40." :p

I heard of it, does it like... eat up any of the "good" metal tho?

no, PB blaster will not compromise the metal's integrity. Bolts/nuts that are attached to constant heat (ie header bolts, exhaust bolts, valve cover bolts) require special care as they absorb a lot of heat and over time will weaken and snap at the slightest attempt to loosen them.
