Is any know how to identify an ECU either it is manual or automatic transmission?

But it did not tell me ..... the different between manual and automatic!

 

I think you may be better off calling the dealership as they have a parts decoder that will tell you exactly what the bar code on the side corresponds to as far as part number. Other than that, I really can't think of any way.
