Default Sigh...sold my teg and am regretting it already

i havent been on the boards for a while because i purchased a new car 4 months ago and have been trying to sell my turbo teggie, well now the car has been sold and i miss it soo much, thinking about getting another one
ive seen some going for about 4k, can i do better than that? i basically just need a rolling chassis and a motor that runs decent because im going to swap that out again anyways

well mine was a 98 but i dont remember exactly when they changed the front of the car, but i liked the front of the 98+ better, would it be cheaper to find a used gsr or buy an LS again and look for a gsr motor to build up?

buy an LS and build the LS up.... i found mine for 1200, there are deals out there, its just a matter of being the first to find it. for a 94 with resonable miles, expect to spend 3-4000, at least in my area

You should look into a second gen. They're just as good as the third with similar engines. They go for way less money, too.

yeah 98 do have a slighly diff front end from the 94-97... if your gonna rebuild a gs-r, then might as well find like a 95 gs-r... or a 98 if u like that body

What new car did you get? The second generation integra is ok, as long as you get one manufactured after '92 it would be cheap, and parts are easy to find for it. The only problem is with the gen 2's is that anything turbo you would have to custom piece together, since they don't make a turbo kit for it. I bought mine thinking it woudln't be that hard to do, but in all honesty with getting an older car with alot of miles on it you would need to spend alot of money just getting the basic parts on it back spec. I love my gen. 2. However with the gas prices fluctuating like they are now I would rather stick with somethign I could build to be all motor.
