I have a junk title on my gsr. i just bought it too. i didnt know! I need to know if i can get a clean title for this car. The car was fixed already all it needs is a tranny. but is it worthless?

 

Some states have different rules and it depends on what type of stamp is on it. I live in oregon and have a reconstucted title on my integra most states will let you retitle it all you have to do is call dmv and ask what the rules are. most of the time you just have to take the car down so they can verfiy vin numbers

 

you should find these things out BEFORE you buy the car. lol

i know this guy did a check on the car and every thing... title was good ..he bought the car went to get it changed over and the car was stolen...(this sucked b/c i wanted the GSR rims too)..oh ya the kid turned the miles back... so he got the car for 1000..duno what happen to it tho..
