Hey I got a 90 Integra and when I start the car it is idle'ing at 4000 RPM. What do you think it could be. I know I should go through trial and error ans check everything like sensors and ecu and what not but I just don't got time. Any one know what can cause it to idle like this? It doesn't do it jumpy it just stays at 4000, I give it gas and it goes back to 4 grand. Thanks

does it do this all the time or just when the car is cold??? mine idles pretty high in the morning after i start it. even so, 4 grand is really high. try making sure the gas pedal cable isnt caught on something. Or u know that little lever than you can push on the engine to give it gas...make sure that thingy isnt stuck or something. If thats not the case the search button may be able to answer your questions
