spark plug wires

How often should they be changed. I have 9.3mm wires that probably have around 20k miles on them. I'm changing my fuel filter, dist. cap, rotor and plugs. Should the wires be changed or are they still good? Don't want to spend the extra money if I don't have to. Considering I don't have the money for the rest of the stuff. Any info will be helpful. Thanks.

you'll be fine

thanks. I might just go ahead and get another set of wires just in case though. Not sure yet.

they should be fine, and i think 9.3mm is a little bit of over kill. but hey, its better than nothing!

I know but I have a blue thing going on with my car and all they had in blue was 9.3mm. As long as it works. Would it be better if I got smaller wires? Would I see a change in performance?

no you wont see a change in performance. NGK makes blue wire that are the stock size.

stocks are best

Stock will last a long time and works great until you get into the very highly modded area.
