HID's installed

After the very thought-provoking thread on HID's, I'm considering getting some for my GSR (that, and riding in my Dad's BMW with factory HID's :eekjerk: ). I was just wondering, for those of you that have them, how difficult they are to install. THanks.

Depending on the kit, they range from absolutely unbelievable square-peg-in-square-hole easy, to pretty damn easy.

Dont worry about the installation at all.

It is all plug and play. Very easy to do.

as long as you get the proper set for your bulbs, its cake walk!!!

if you buy an actual kit it is plug and play. If you buy HID's from another car then it will need to be customized

unless the car uses the same size bulbs as your car :)

if you're expecting performance like the HID system on your dad's BMW from an hid kit, you're gonna be disappointed.

as for the installation of an hid kit, they are relatively easy.

I have a question about HID's, do they take a little while to fire up (turn on) when you first try and turn on the headlights?
