Default H22 Dyno Charts

i was on importreview and I was looking at stock mostly sotck h22a dyno charts, motors ranging from 1994-99, and they were putting out all different kinda of numbers

like anywhere from 155whp to 185 whp...is this right? why is this? are some H22's lemons or something? I was thinking about doing a H22 swap in my car, but this kinda turned me off...

Some JDM H22s were hooked up to automatics and they put out less power, but are still sold as 5 speed swaps since the H22 auto tranny controllers aren't usually built into the ECU.

the autos are within .1-.4 seconds of teh 5spd in the 1/4 mile.
and yes it is possible since those dyno runs are done with all different ages of engines on different days in different states of tune.
you really cant compare dyno sheets unles you are doing the cars at least on teh same dyno with teh same settings on the dyno.
you will see the same variation on all engines though.

my 92/93 h22a put down 176 hp and 152 ft/lbs with high miles egr system not working, wiwth an intake and exhaust only.
